What families ask us
Does my parent need to wear anything?
No. That's the point. Many seniors stop wearing pendants or forget to charge watches. Elder Monitor AI works with devices in the home and a regular phone.
What if my parent doesn't have a camera?
They can start with the daily check-in call alone, which works on any phone. We're also planning simple motion sensors and a camera we set up for you.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Elder Monitor AI is a family notification service. It is not a medical device and does not replace 911, a medical alert service or professional care. In an emergency, always call 911.
Will my parent feel spied on?
We ask your parent to agree before anything starts, explain exactly what we watch for, and let them pause at any time. The daily call is designed to be something your parent looks forward to, not a chore.
